While exchange-traded contracts fill the needs of many of our customers, Over-the-Counter contracts can be limited in the notional size or volume, tenor, locations, quality specifications, and settlement dates and styles. Additionally, not all commodities are listed on a regulated commodity exchange.
Tailored Over-the-Counter products can include a variety of parameters. They can be structured to correlate as closely as possible to your specific risk profile. We structure and manage these offexchange contracts through various means. We also manage our counterparty performance risks with credit insurance and credit default swaps.
